- Check the system, found oil being burned through the cylinder walls, remove the spark plugs, perform cleaning to remove any carbon deposits in the walls or piston rings, lubricate the cylinder walls, run the vehicle, add the oil additive to help reduce oil consumption, road test vehicle check the oil level.
- Check the system, found the circuit controlling several functions defective, check the system, found the engine mount bypass sensors shorted causing the voltage on the coolant pumps to overdraw current causing the circuit to fail, remove the sensor bypass from the engine mounts, clear the codes, the codes did clear (would not clear before), check operation of the regulating valve (for the oil), and check the coolant functions, does have aftermarket coolant pump for the supercharger installed, repair the circuit, replace the fuse (melted), check operation.
- Check the system, found the front control arm (client supplied the parts) defective, remove the front passenger side control arm, adjust the bushing on the control arm due to movement (hitting frame), re install the control arm, check operation.
